DO is different from DC.
DO is Doctor of Osteopathy. You typically get an undergrad degree which is about 4 years. Then you go to DO school for 4 years. Then you do an internship/residency. All in all, at least 12 years of school or so, depending on what you do.
DC is for Chiropracty (sp?)
They do 4 years of undergrad then go to school for 3 years (I believe… maybe longer? Not sure).
Salary of DOs is dependent on their specialty. Chiropractors vary widely, but its probably similar to most primary care docs which is in the 120-180k range. It depends on sooo many things.
