can anyone tell me how and what to answer that question?? im currently doing A levels’ ENGLISH LEGAL SYSTEM… anyone familiar with it? any info or anything else please email me… thank you

You could mean several different things with this. Both English and American legal systems have courts of equity. In that sense, it means something like fairness. Or you could mean equity meaning ownership. Private ownership is the bulwark of Western civilization.
