To mangle a quote … pride goes before never learning! If you are too proud to make mistakes, you will not learn English. It’s as simple as that. You MUST practice, therefore you WILL make mistakes. The trick is when people laugh, laugh with them and turn it into a learning experience. Get over yourself and have some fun with it!
In the meantime, you can work with a good teacher AND perhaps use the computer program Rosetta Stone which will also help you.

Firstly,don’t be so tensed about it.Taking help from your parents and friends ask them to watch time. Take some topic and speak whatever you want but pronountiation should be correct in one minute.After some time u will realise that your speaking skill has been improved.
