Can you help me rephrase some of thses lines?

Sonnet 30

When to the sessions of sweet silent thought

I summon up remembrance of things past,

I sigh the lack of many a thing I sought,

And with old woes new wail my dear time’s waste:

Then can I drown an eye, unused to flow,

For precious friends hid in death’s dateless night,

And weep afresh love’s long since cancell’d woe,

And moan the expense of many a vanish’d sight:

Then can I grieve at grievances foregone,

And heavily from woe to woe tell o’er

The sad account of fore-bemoaned moan,

Which I new pay as if not paid before.

But if the while I think on thee, dear friend,

All losses are restored and sorrows end.

When to the sessions of sweet silent thought

[When I contemplate ]

I summon up remembrance of things past,

[ I remember.]

I sigh the lack of many a thing I sought,

[I regret. ]

And with old woes new wail my dear time’s waste:

[I waste today crying over yesterday. ]

Then can I drown an eye, unused to flow,

[I who never cry, cry. ]

For precious friends hid in death’s dateless night,

[I cry for lost friends. ]

And weep afresh love’s long since cancell’d woe,

[I cry for lost love. ]

And moan the expense of many a vanish’d sight:

[I cry for what I will never see again. ]

Then can I grieve at grievances foregone,

[I grieve. ]

And heavily from woe to woe tell o’er

[I tell… ]

The sad account of fore-bemoaned moan,

[my sad tale.. ].

Which I new pay as if not paid before.

[which hurts anew with each telling. ]

But if the while I think on thee, dear friend,

[But if I think of you, my dear friend. ]

All losses are restored and sorrows end.

[ You heal me and my sorrows end.]
