It all depends on what kind of medicine you plan on going into, i am getting a degree in Biomedical Sciences to go to med school, if you go look on the Internet you will see that to apply to med school you only need 2-3 years of science (through organic) and a couple years of English and some math, but you do need to keep your grades high 3.5-3.8 is good. I’m not say that’s all you need the more you have the better chance you will have of getting in to your med school of choice and a better chance of pasting the MCAT’s. You should talk to a counselor at your university and see what degrees your school has to offer it really helped me. Just be prepared to put in lots of time for this. Don’t plan on slacking off and taking “easy” classes because that’s not going to get you any where in the medical field.

no, you have to go to medical school and get an MD. you can get a BS in one of those fields though since you will have to do undergrad work before applying to med school.
