I don’t think so, but you can get your IRS issued w-2s in 1-2 business days from accuverify.com

no..youre W-2 is not public record and would not be available anywhere but from your previous employers. They do have to keep them on file for 7 years I believe. Sometimes they will charge you $5-$10 for a copy. But you have to contact Human Resources at your previous employers
NOTE: some employers will not charge for a copy…just up to them
