I don’t know what state you’re in but California has a new AA degree for studies simply to transfer using GE requirements for US and CSU. It is easier to obtain and transfers smoothly into a 4 year. The AA reads “Associate of Arts in Transfer Studies” look into it, as it may be useful in your situation.

Generally, a liberal arts degree says to many employers that you could not make up your mind about what you wanted do. You are a jack of all trades and a master of none. Employers like to see those people that are committed to something.

There is a world of possibilities open to those with fine arts degrees. You could go into marketing, publishing, graphic design, theater set designer, art gallery management, and a whole host of occupations. Just look around you, every business needs artists.
