Ooo, good luck! The generic questions usually go something like:

What are your strengths?

What are your weaknesses?

What experience have you had in this field?

What are your (educational) plans for the future?

Why do you want to do the program? (Why are you applying?)

What can you bring/contribute to the program?

What do you do for fun? (Hobbies?)

Tell us about yourself….

Tell us about an experience you’ve had with….

Do you have any questions for me/us?

Of course, these are just some of the general questions. Usually, the interviewers ask questions geared towards what you’re interviewing for. Sometimes they might ask something seemingly random that might reveal something about your personality. (For instance, I’ve been asked for my favorite book and why and for a problem in the world that concerns me a lot.)

As for staying calm, http://hotjobs.yahoo.com/interview/How_to_Deal_With_Interview_Stress__20050126-011331.html?subtopic=Interview+Preparation gives some pretty good tips. Don’t rush your answers; take some time to frame your words, if needed…. It’s okay if you’re not the most eloquent speaker–I’m sure they’ll understand. Being somewhat prepared will help too.

Be yourself, be confident (but not overconfident), and you’ll do fine. 🙂

Oh! And try to think of some questions to ask your interviewer(s)–its shows them you’ve done your research and have interest!
