about middle and high school records?

im interested in my records from middle school, including suspensions and referalls, and stuff like that. when i was in 8th grade they confiscated certain ‘writings’ that could be classified as evidence of intent to harm. thats just my guess, but how long do they keep these records? are middle school records included with high school records? and is there a way to recover them?

Those were probably kept in a ‘cumulative’ folder on the premesis of your middle school. You would need to call the school and find out what would have happened to your ‘cumulative’ folder that kept your vaccination records, etc. It is very likely it has been archived in a county office somewhere, because most schools do not have the storage capacity to keep them at the school (especially if it was a long time ago).

Or, they could have kept that stuff in a discipline file that may be separate from your cumulative file. Just call the school and find out what their archive policies are for disciplinary actions. I’m sure your confiscated papers would have been attached to your referral or suspension or whatever, as evidence. If your teacher kept a copy, it could be in an old grade file, but a lot of that stuff may be destroyed after a certain amount of years. If you think about how much paper is used to record student’s things every year, you can see how the volume of paperwork would be unmanageable if they didn’t destroy it or scan it, etc.

It relies upon on the midsection college and your highschool maximum circumstances no your midsection college information do impression highschool inspite of the incontrovertible fact that because of the fact your grades pick what classes you will get into at highschool and the greater powerful classes you get into at highschool the greater college credit you will get.
