To get an idea, you can look at grade distribution for the different tests on College Board: http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/ap/english_lit/dist.html?englit

http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/ap/german_lang/dist.html?germanlang (you can select different tests to look at on the left.)

A lot of it, as always, depends on your teacher and how well you’ve been prepared for the tests. It also depends on you and what you’re good at.

U.S. Government wasn’t too hard. The multiple choice is kind of straight forward: either you remember the information or you don’t. But if you get to the free response and you don’t know what a few of the questions are about or they happen to hit a subject you’re shaky on, you’re screwed. It’s harder to make up history/government stuff than in some of the other tests.

I have no idea about Art history, which was never offered at my school. You can read up on it here: http://www.collegeboard.com/student/testing/ap/sub_art.html?arthist .

The Statistics exam always gets mixed reviews: some people insist it’s really easy, other people think it’s impossible hard. If you get a good teacher, it shouldn’t be too bad.

German is harder, as with all foreign languages, unless you really know the language. Quite a few of my friends were in German, and know that they didn’t do too well on it. What killed them were the listening sections, where you can’t see anything written down but have to listen to brief passages then answer questions about them. Try to make sure you feel like you really know German, and if you don’t feel like your teacher is preparing you well, find some way to get extra practice.

Literature isn’t hard, if you’re good at English. It’s all reading passages and answering questions, analyzing prose, rhetorical devices. The essays weren’t bad either– again, if you’re good at English.

I suggest getting review books early for the tests you’re taking, and use them as you go in the classes to make sure you’re getting and paying special attention to what you actually need for the tests.

Good luck!

All of them. That’s what the AP label is there for. Really though, it depends. You didn’t list your strengths or weaknesses, so no one can give you an accurate answer. Take a look at the Calculus BC grade distribution–41% of the test takers scored a 5, but it’s definitely not an easy test for most people. Same with Comp Sci AB. I know you aren’t taking those classes, but the same concept applies. If you’re a natural at, say, Literature, then the AP Lit exam will be a breeze. See above answers for examples of that. They say AP Lit isn’t hard, but it’s much harder than Calc BC for me. Get the idea?

I took English Lit and American Gov….American Gov was actually harder, I passed both though. If you study and do well in the class, you are fine. You’re just lucky you aren’t taking Music Theory AP……you can’t study for that, you just have to have the talent and the ear.

I obvioullsy won’t supply any innovations now, attempt being over and each thing. it particularly is extraordinary inspite of the undeniable fact that, i’m the choice of each and every physique else- I suck at distinctive determination (on my maximum suitable prepare attempt I have been given 40 4, inspite of the undeniable fact that it would have been 40 5) yet I rock at essays. I serisously enjoyed the DBQ on the attempt, enjoyed it enjoyed it enjoyed it. besides I procastinated to the final available 2nd- no longer immediately in no way examine 0.5 the textbook, yet my instructor made each and absolutely everyone of those packets for us (which we entitled the ‘Holliday kills tree’s packets’) with archives with regard to the main severe leaders and treaties and such. And we had those learn instructions on Tuesday and Wednesday after college till 7:30 and then 8:30 day after right this moment. We have been all going insane from reading that long, yet ya. We used the Princenton evaluate, and the textbook (Spievogel’s Western Civilization) and… the packets i discussed. And we in simple terms had learn sessiond like hell. Like on Friday maximum folk in simple terms stayed in our Euro classification 1st and 2nd era (the era’s there is Euro) and then by using fact the theory grow to be mad approximately that we went to the library third, then back to Euro throughout the time of lunch, then to the attempt. besides, i think of it would desire to have been worse. The essay’s i think of I did surprisingly lots on, I did ok at distinctive determination, and that i enjoyed the DBQ. Am I the only one like that inspite of the undeniable fact that?

That’s a pretty rigorous schedule. Good luck with it. I’ve only taken AP European ( got a 4) because that’s all they let sophomores take in my school, but i know some one that took AP Stats and he said it wasn’t very hard.

i heard that it is best to take a few AP classes. think about failing them all! i amnot discouraging you. you might be a smartie. and i wish you good luck.

i am taking ONLY AP Literature and Composition. Because if you take many you will be really crammed up in school and you won’t have time to do anything else.

am i right people? you can email people, and prove me wrong, or explain to me the AP stuff…i think those are difficult.ok, i am belaboring, so i will shut up now.

but good luck XD

It depends on which subjects you are weak in, which may be difficult for you.
