assume that the rule is called the nth term. Then:

first term + (n-1) x common difference will give you a general rule

where the common difference between the numbers in the sequence is constant.

1.)Add 1.11 each time to the added 1.11. ex for the # 54.96 add1.11 to get 56.06, then add 2.22 to get 58.28 and so on

2.)Subtract the 1st # by 2.1, as you go up at 1 to the tenths place. Example to get to 52.3 subtract 2.1 = 50.2, to get from 50.2 to 48 Subtarct 50-2.2=48 and so on.

3.) Subtrat each one of the numbers by 1.5

4.)Add up by 5.7 then by4.8 then by 5.7

Example: 64.23+5.7=69.93,69.93+4.8=74.73,74.73=5.7=80.43, like a palendrom(575,414,232 ect.)

5.)You try # 5

Here is how you put the problems into rules above:

Simply write to procedure of what you did to slove to problems in paragraph form, like I’ve shown you above

By a rule, a presume you mean explaining how to come up with future numbers in the series? If so, for the first one I would say:

last number + (last number – next to last number) + 1.11

If you know the pattern, then you know the rule. Just write out what patterns you have found. If your teacher is a good one, he/she will let you know if that is not good enough and will help you write the correct rule.
