Why is high school so hard for freshmans.?

its freshmen and its because you are the new people in the school and that makes you easy to be picked on, if you are gonna be a freshman, dont worry its not hard, not in my school at least.

its not hard. you’re just hearing the rumors that go around. The hardest year should really be your junior and senior year. Junior year because its your last shot at passing state tests. Senior year because you have to make sure you pass all your classes or you don’t graduate unless you only failed one then you can take it during the summer but then they will give you your diploma after you finish summer school. But yeah freshman year is a little bit hard but mainly because high school is different from middle school.

Its not that hard…its only b/c they r the youngest and newest people in the school…every freshman worries about starting high school and then it turns out not to be that bad…things will be fine by the second week of school so don’t worry about starting high school…everything will be fine.

Just fear, fear of not being sure of what to anticipate. They think they’ll be teased or bullied, or thrown into garbage cans. They’re told they’re the “low guys on the totem pole”, so they come in feeling inferior. Freshmen don’t usually come into high school with the attitude that their graduating class will surpass the previous, or that their class will do wonderful things for the community or the school’s reputation.

Kind of a waste, intimidating our youth for fun, huh?

its hard because a lot still feel like they are in middle school and there is a big age difference between freshman and seniors and at this young age is quite a difference because its when people find out who they are

because it’s not!!!! the whole hype about high school being a terrible experience and the freshman getting beaten up isn’t even true. at least it wasn’t in my school. it may take you a few weeks to get used to things (like more freedom and being treated like an adult by your teachers), but high school isn’t scary. don’t worry about it. you’ll be fine.

I’s a Senior class of 08′ now and I didn’t have a hard time in my freshman year…

Freshman-that was last year for me.

here are some reasons I suggest,

-most of us are scared and expect to be picked on, therefore we are more vulnerable.

-upperclassmen know you are scared and take advantage

-teachers aren’t supposed to be as soft on you -after all you are in HS now and they expect you to act like it.

-at my school, freshman pretty much have to obey upperclassmen, especially the seniors. That’s just the way it is. But it is only one year of your life, and you will live.

because its a new environment. its different but not hard. you can do it. just know your priorities and make sure school comes first. dont be stuck up or try to act like you know everything it doesn’t help your status. just be you and mind your buisness. don’t take things too personal just because and upper classmen is looking at you doen’s mean they want to fight or anything so dont get too fed up. also uperclass men treat you bad not because they personaly dont like you but because they’re passing down what was once passed down to them, not liking the freshmans. just be you and dont try to stand out or fit in. you’ll make it dont worry! i too just went threw it and it’ll come to pass.

Freshmans? Try freshmen. It’s not very difficult at all for most kids..
