whats the procedure of teaching english?

You need to teach the alphabet, as you have said. Then you need to work on pronunciation of letters…what sound does each one make? That helps someone learn to read their letters and make words. (This is hard since often letters or groups of letters look the same, but sound different: cough, tough, dough, plough).
Next, you need to teach parts of speech: nouns (pronouns), verbs, adjective, adverbs. Begin to form basic sentences, while teaching nouns, verb conjugations, subject/verb agreement. Then start building more complex sentences.
To build vocabulary, make sure you use visual tools: pictures match words so your students make the connection between a word and an image.
Include creative writing exercises in the teaching…challenge the students to use what they’ve learned.
Include vocabulary exercises: word lists, especially, so they can learn more words.
Make the class interactive. Make the students practice reading, writing and speaking to each other.
I hope this helps.
Or are you talking about teaching reading and/or writing to English-speaking children?
