What do I give my supervisor for a grad recommendation letter?

My main question is do I give them a copy of my transcript?

I made a folder with my:

Resume

transcript?

info about the school and what classes I will be taken

Certificates of additional classes I have taken after school

Is this good? Should I provide anything else or take something out? Thanks for the help

if you have done any work w/ the supervisor, like special projects, it would be good to include a short list of those so that he/she might include them in your letter. For example, you worked on a presentation together, remind your supervisor of it and he/she might say something about your skills, preparation, anything you did towards the project in the letter. sounds like you have the rest pretty wrapped up. good luck!

If you did any extra curriculars include those. Make sure you give him/her some info about the school/programs you are applying to. Then they can use what they know about you and relate it to how the program/college is a good fit for you.
