Basically, you have to be prepared for the MCAT.

Introductory/General Chemistry (Two semesters)
Organic Chemistry (2 semesters)
Introductory/General Biology (Two semesters)
General Physics (Must be calculus-based) (2 semesters)
Calculus (2 semesters)
English courses (2 semesters)
Some schools will also require a course in statistics and a course in psychology. I think these would be low-level courses.
Other electives: that are helpful:
Biochemistry
Human Anatomy
Human Physiology (Anatomy and Physiology may just be one course)
Cell Biology
Genetics
Molecular Biology
