Using Laptops at University of Toronto?
I just wanted to know if it’s a thing teachers don’t mind. Do you have to have some weirdo wireless connection?
Guess i wanna knwo students opinions, and connection info.

U of T probably has wireless most everywhere you go on campus. You might have to log in through an authentication gateway, but with your student ID that should be no problem.
A reasonably modern laptop will have the require wireless card built in.
Most teachers do not mind if you have a laptop in class, but stick to taking notes. If you’re surfing or doing email, especially if it distracts the students around you, then that’s probably considered officially bad.
