Hmmm… the info from the 1st answerer are for Sydney. The other 2 are in Melbourne and they are private colleges.
Cookery is part of hospitality courses. For Melbourne, I tend to suggest the TAFE/public colleges for reputation and accreditation. This will also help is you want to transfer your course to university later. I know William Angliss TAFE is one of the specialised college and has a very good reputation for its’ courses.
Other TAFE colleges are as follows:
Box Hill (www.bhtafe.edu.au)
Chisholm (www.chisholm.vic.edu.au)
Holmesglen (www.holmesglen.vic.edu.au)
Once decided on the college, fill in the application form and send it together with certified copy of your academic qualification. Depending on your country of origin, you might also need to submit IELTS test results for proof of English proficiency.
Please be advised that colleges are for non-degree courses (certificate & diploma). If you want degree, you will need to study in the university.
Hope this helps. E-mail me at mikegun(at)studentfirst.com.au if you have further questions abt study in Australia. Good luck on your study and welcome to Australia 🙂
