1. Attend classes, even though it’s tempting not to.

2. Do not rely on the advice of friends who haven’t been there any longer than you have.

3. Take advantage of faculty office hours, and get to know your faculty.

4. Protect yourself by staying in control (no heavy drinking or drugs, especially not at places where you don’t know and trust everyone.)

5. Expect to be a little homesick. That’s normal, and it will pass in time.

6. Get active. Attend football and basketball games — whatever you like. Join clubs, etc.

7. Keep fit. Many students quit exercising when they get to college, and that’s a mistake because exercise helps you handle stress, etc.

8. Eat some healthy meals. College students have bad diets, and that’s ok some of the time, but you have to eat nutritious food, too!

9. Reach out and make new friends. Don’t only talk to people you knew before college.

10. Take advantage of offices, like the counseling office and the writing center, that provide free services to help you.

1- Don’t try to make friends rapidly. Don’t open your heart easily to another one until you bacome 3rd stage.

2- Be ashamed outside the lecture hole and not be ashamed in the hole and wear good and legal clothings and don’t make others to see your body,

3- Try to get benifit from each word of the lecturer.

4- Don’t show of yourself by a knowledge you know.

5- If the lecturer asked a question, don’t herry in your answer.

6- If someone is better than you in the studying and getting marks, don’t try to imitate him/her in the studying, but be on your own way for studying but study harder.

7- Don’t show yourself as aggressive person.

8- Try to read books as much as you can.

9- Don’t study just to pass, but always work to be the first one.

10- VERY VERY VERY IMPORTANT, don’t think about the other gender, and forget something known as “boyfriend” or “girlfriend”.
