Factor out an x, and get:

x(x^2+18x+45)=o

one solution is x=0

divide both sides by x, and you get

x^2+18x+45=0

factor:

(x+15)(x+3)=0

so, solutions are x=-15, x=-3, x=0

x=0; x=-3; x=-15

take out like factor which is x of your original equation…(x)(x^2+18x+45)=0…then factor the 2nd paran…(x+3)(x+15)…then find each paran equal to 0…x=0; x+3=0, x=-3; x+15=0,x=-15…plug in your answers and check your work
