I am almost 16 years old, and my parents said I should take the driving test this Summer. I don’t even know what to study. Is there like a website or book?
THANKS!!!

The Written driving test? Is it hard? No, it’s one of the easiest tests you’ll take in your life. Just pay attention in class and you’ll ace it. Actually… you don’t even need to pay attention, it’s all common sense, except for those annoying factual questions because even if you pay attention, you’ll forget because it’s too specific.
The actual road test is a bit harder. You should actually practice backing up into a park and parallel parking. When on the road, watch for railroad tracks, speed limit changes, construction, etc.

Every state motor vehicle department has a handbook to study. In CA, they even have practice tests on the DMV website, but you have to study the handbook.

Go to your DMV(by state) website. They should have a practice test(helps alot) Take it and review the book(get at DMV) Good luck!!!! It’s pretty simple if u already have ur permit. See Ya

almost every state has a book about all the rules etc. You can request one for free at your state’s DMV website.
FYI, if you go through driver’s ed and then get your license, in most states, your insurance rate will start lower then if you did not.

Look up your states DMV and download the driver handbook.
Here is the CA handbook:
