I guess it’s 13 if you count Kindergarten. Why not 16 years(counting K)? You would graduate at 20 or 21 years of age; far better equipped to decide what you want to do for the rest of your life than at age 17 or 18 as it is now. The extra 2 years could be college prep or technical training, your choice!

You should just appreciate a free education and try to take advantage of it. There are some countries where there is no education, or education costs to much and the majority of the country’s population is too poor to afford school. Imagine if you had NEVER been to school, or learned anything…

huh??? Most kids go 2 years of preschool, K-12 and then 4 years of college….why?? they want the opportunities that a good education affords…
