Why do i have 5 classes per semester??
I am going to be a sophmore in high school and I just received my high school schedule. Our school has block scheduling which means that we only have 4 classes per semester. But for some reason I got 5 classes per semester. On my schedule there are notes from the school just like quick reminders and then there is something that says ” For schedules with five classes per semester, the two classes that appear in both semesters meet for 45 minuutes each day for the year. No one i know has this so far and i am completely confused as to why I have this. Any possible suggestions for why i have 5 classes?

You might not have enough credits to graduate. Call your counsolour and ask her about it.

Maybe they gave it to you as extra credit to challenge you, since you’re doing so well, so it will look good for the college.

why don’t you ask the school or the counselor? maybe you’ve failed some, and need to play catch-up?
