Why did she act like this?
I have this teacher that I assisted for, and I was in her class the previous year. Well during my assistant term, my teacher was always nice to me and would let me go everywhere. When I saw her at fb games w/ other teachers, she’d just give me that snobbish look. Well at school, I’d catch her staring at me, and when I’d look, she’d smile. Somehow her husband knew my name. Then she got an intern and he’s gay and a b*tch, so it made me b*tchy (he really is gay.) People would make fun of him, but the teacher would get mad if I did it. Then she started teasing me and saying no when I asked 2 go somewhere, but then she’d say that she was just teasing me. Then one day she walked by my desk and asked a question and pushed my head down, and said “isn’t that right ashley?” Then she started acting all tough towards me and stuff. I got in a little trouble w/ her and she took away my privileges of going out of the classroom. She’d also stomp her foot at me, then smile.

EDIT: The people who say go to the principal are wrong. You (and everyone else) should always go talk to the person you are having trouble with as a first step. This is the correct way for reasonable people to communicate and settle things. If you come to a block at that point it is because one of the parties is not being reasonable. That is the time to get someone else involved. You can’t “run to daddy” every time.
Although it is unprofessional that you made fun of the intern, that gives the teacher no right to treat you like this. Try to make the best of the situation, and learn from it. Better to report these incidents than let them go. This could also be practice and experience for yourself and coworkers with this type of treatment in the future.
