Why are all the incoming freshmen….?

because they all here rumors. but some of them are true.but unlike those kids i never got put into a trash can. or a dumpster

Going to highschool is a huge deal for a lot of people.

Most of the time it means an entirely new school and the loss of some friends who might be going to a different high school.

After 2 or 3 years of feeling comfortable in middle school you face being thrown back into the unknown. So of course they want to get an idea of what it will be like so they can be prepared.

The best we all can do is assure them that even though it feels scary, it won’t be that way forever. They’ll get there, they’ll figure things out and they will eventually feel right at home.

There is nothing wrong with wanting a little reassurance.

Im going to be a freshman. Im not scared, but your always a little nervous, excited and just plain curious. Im going to a small private school and im looking forward to the school year because of playing soccer and track. You hear rumors. Freshman Fridays? hear of em? I KNOW a kid who got shoved in a locker.lol You hear about evil teachers and stuff.

They’re probably just curious. A lot of college freshmen ask the same thing (but about college).

um probably because they’re terrified and have no idea what to expect. it’s been 7 years for me and i can still remember how scared i was!!

Hey, I’m an incoming freshman, and I haven’t asked what high school is like.

Because they’re nervous. And they want to be prepared. You probably felt the same way once.

Whenever someone is going to do something new, they usually ask what it’ll be like. They want to know what to expect so they can be better prepared.
