whom does indian carriers prefer the most, an indian pilot who has done his course outside india or in india.?

hi,in today’s time when there is a tremendous shortage of pilots,indian carriers are not at all particular about whether u have your cpl from india or elsewhere.u just have to get yourself dgca approved thats all.all the best.
