Who has the right to claim Sabah? Philippines or Malaysia? State your proof in w/c county you used to answer.?

I think no-one has the right to claim Sabah, other than the people of Sabah themselves. It’s their country and always has been, despite colonial moves over the years.

I live in Australia so I’m not personally involved.

You know what, that’s a good question. For me, the Philippines has the right to claim because it was given to them by a ruler/leader. Then it had been moved to spain/england in order to pay our debt or something. But we filipinos are in a state where there are more poor and sick people in the philippines and its getting over populated. But if all are persisent, just share it!

for me i think the Philippines has the right to claim the sabah island because its within there territory
