C is the most important for the first draft. You can always correct and edit the ideas once they are on paper. If you edit, while composing, you may lose the flow and creativity.

(c) A first draft gets the wheels turning; it is the beginning, including ideas, facts, and information that you want to include. Spelling is not as important in the first draft. When you proof-read or have someone else do it, they get taken care of. Ideas are so much easier to ponder when they are on paper. Just get everything down, and then organize it all. Sometimes being neat helps, especially when you are organizing your ideas.

definetly C. You have to figure out what you are going to write about before anything else. Then you clean it up from there.
