HR or IT or marketing or finance etc etc ALSO WHICH STREAM CAN MAKE THE PERSON ENTER CORPORATE WORLD?

IT is very hot right now, and high tech degrees coupled with MBA’s are always a good choice, but what do you want to do?
If you are really interested in Marketing or HR, then pursue your interests, because going where your interests lie will offer 2 good results:
1. you will be more prepared for the avenue of work that you really want to be in, and
2. your grades should be higher because you didn’t mind working harder in your BA/BS since the subject-matter was appealing to you.

All the streams specified in the question helps to enter corporate world.corporates are looking for more finance, marketing. & IT professionals when compared to HR (especially in India).Not that HR professionals are not needed.HR activites are outsourced through consultants(so one has to work with a good consultancy firm in HR stram). As far as IT is concerned Enginering graduates & Post graduates are also competing.If questioner is a engineering graduate, fine It can be considered.If engineering is also from IT stream one may take Marketing /finance/HR to avoid repition of subjects in MBA. Genreral trend shows corporates give equal priority for Marketing & finance streams.IT is also preferred.HR though a good steam for girls/ladies job vise & pay-wise in India not so attractive.
