I would suggest pharmacy. The downside is that it requires post undergraduate education and the actual job of a pharmacist can be high stress. The upside is that 1) there is a major shortage of pharmcists which means job security, 2) high starting salary and signing bonuses, 3) job flexibility due to demand pharmacists can pick their schedule (if you want to work a ton of hours you can get major overtime pay), take time off to have children, etc.

Nursing. Right now there are a few hospitals that are actually paying sign on bonuses. Pharmacist also pays a good deal but can come with problems as well. If you are really good at the fields that you are presently taking go into medicine. That is the best way to go because it does pay the higher dividends. You could go into research.

like spice_fuel68 said, nursing would be great . . . the schooling isn’t as time-consuming or intense as that for a doctor, and there are more jobs available for nurses than there are qualified nurses to fill them, so you are basically guaranteed a job (with a competitive salary and benefits package) . . .

however, pursuing pharmacy is great for a lucrative career path . . . it is extremely competitive though

if you are considering med school, biochemistry is the way to go (as opposed to biology or chemistry) . . . and we all know how well most doctors are paid
