umm…in my opinion..the fashion institute of technology in ny,ny…that’s where i plan to go cuz i want to be a fashion designer!!!

Actually, Kent State University in Kent, Ohio is considered one of the best! It’s affiliated with a program in New York, but is a lot cheaper than actually going to NY!
