i can suggest you on Philippine nuclear research institute in dilliman, quezon city. also in UP’s national institute of physics…they got great researches there…

but, if physicists’ bio, you could research online…wait for my next answer..i’ll search for you.

Try UP Diliman.

Ateneo’s Manila Observatory is bound to have a physicist or two. You can also try their Physics Department (Faura Bldg, in the Loyola Schools complex).

De La Salle University also has a Physics Department.

So does UST.
