whats this poem mean?

To me, perfect harmony spells peace and calm. Even ripples on the water have ceased.The universal mind as I understand it consists of the clear light of Truth. No more fog or clouds to hide the sun.In other words,in this idealized and perfect whole, all shadow, darkness, and division has been banished. All is ONE.Would that this could be true! Such a beautiful saying, and I hope this helps you.

I think it means that beauty is when there is harmony in the universe, with God, or between man, and truth is when you can understand God, or each other.

the universal being could be all mankind as one body, or could mean God who is the original universal being.

Beauty is the idea of peace (or working together as one) which is the most important thing in the world and truth is the perfect understanding of the wise mind.

Or something. I don’t really get it myself. But if poems were supposed to be clear and using everyday language, it loses its allure.

“Universal being” is God, so “universal mind” is something like God’s will or intentions.

Beauty is harmony with God; to be beautiful is to be good.

Truth is doing exactly what God wants. Truth produces only good.

God created everything in the world to be beautiful
