Whats something great to do if you decide on leaving the internet and not come back?

-build model cars

-build model air planes that you can fly

-work on your car/build a hot rod

-build model boats

-knit

-crochet

-tatt

-paint

-rollerblade

-scrapbook

-write a book

-volunteer with habitat for humanity, red cross, a teen outreach center, a women’s shelter, american cancer society…

-invent something

-calligraphy

-woodworking i.e. build stuff

-cut the designs off all your t-shirts from everything you’ve done (sports, dances, volunteer…) and make a quilt

-step aerobics

-kick boxing

-play guitar

these are just a few ideas… the wonder of these things… you can learn to do them all and volunteer. i knitt sometimes and can still take a break to work on cars, volunteer, or go rollerblading… there’s tons of stuff to do beside the internet.

Why would you want to do that? Internet is such an important part of our lives?

True, addiction is bad!. … You need to sppend less time in case u be online for long hours. Time n plan your day. Change it to a hour or two treat after doing things that you need to do.

Its impossible to not come back to internet. Admit it.. it keeps us well connected.

I was addicted to chatting online until I met my now husband…I dropped it cold turkey. Having other people to do things with is the biggest part of it. I only return to the internet now and then b/c my husband works the evening shift and the baby’s asleep.

Islamic course? I mean, more courses
