IT, Web design and/or Graphic design. Its best to major in one and minor in another. Be SURE to take design courses, particularly those with computer aided graphic design.

Computer Science with a concentration in Web Design.
Try using collegeboard.com for your college search. It lets you pick your program of study, what kind of school you are looking for (two or four year, public or private, etc), as well as the size and location.
