over 700 tribes TODAY that are federally recognized and hundred more waiting. There’s literally only a handful of things we ALL have in common.
Elders led the clans, made the decisions, were honored and looked to for wisdom.

They all had religions, close to the Earth, used the number 4 in folklore (North, South, East, West), were agrarian.
Some were aggressive, some peaceful; some lived in caves, some in tents; some were isolated, some related to other tribes.

Another similarity is they lived in harmony with nature. However, there were over 300 tribes, so there were many other differences than what the first poster said.
