What’s the term for the sign end of a letter, eg. Yours sincererly, Kind Regards etc?

I know that for a ‘Dear’ sir or ‘Hi’ or whatever is a Salutation, but I don’t know what the end of the letter term is when you are ‘signing off’ with Yours Sincerely, Kind Regards, See you in hell, etc

Dear Sir ends with Yours faithfully

Dear Mr or Mrs …. ends with Yours sincerely

Only use Kind Regards if it is an informal letter not an official letter unless you know the person well.

The parts of the letter are the Greeting (Dear…), body, closing, signature.
