I’m assuming you are asking about Trade Mark vs Copywrite vs Registered Trade Mark.
The logo is a registered trademark, the R in a circle. Of course they have abandoned some of their logo’s so that would depend on which one you were talking about.
All text they write (AKA intellectual property) would typically fall under the Copywrite section (C in a circle). – Marketing etc.
the TM in a circle is just another representation of Trade Mark except just under common law.
Of course if you are talking about just the word “Brinks” that is nothing except their name and protected under the Corporation (Brink’s Inc)
A rhetorical question here: Why Brinks???
