What leadership technique you are using and how effective is it?

Try being understanding but firm. That works best for me. I make friends with my teammates. However, I don’t become best friends with any one. That way, when I tell them off, it’s so much easier because I do it gently but firmly and they won’t get mad.

Also, gain their respect by setting a good example.

I focus on respecting the team, boosting their self-esteem, motivating them to be the best they can be and creating special relationship with them…. and in return I get cooperation, respect, friendship, hardwork and they get the job done.
