THE PROPER WORD IS ORAL DYSPRAXIA. MY SON SAYS CAN I GET SOME HIGH JUICE? HE IS MEANING A BIG DROP OF JUICE. SEE HOW IT WORKS???? ITS WHEN THE NEVE ENDINGS FROM THE FUNCTIONS ROUND THE MOUTH DONT WORK WITH THE BRAIN. A GREAT INPUT FROM SPEECH AND LANGUAGE THERAPY WILL HELP BUT MUST STRESS THAT THERAPY NEEDS TO BE CONTINIOUS AS DYSPRAXIC KIDS WILL FORGET VERY EASILY AND WITH TASKS AT HOME, DO ONE AT A TIME BECAUSE HIS BRAIN WILL BLOCK EVERYTHING OUT AND WHAT U EARLIER ASKED HIM, HE WILL FORGET. BELIEVE ME, ITS VERY FRUSTRATING BUT EVEN MORE FRUSTRATING FOR THE CHILD. IF U ND ANY MORE INFO JUST E MAIL ME

Where did you see this term?
I’m a licensed, certified speech pathologist. I have never seen the term “verbal dyslexia.” Dyslexia is a reading disorder and has nothing to do with talking.

There is no such thing as Verbal Dyslexia. You may be confusing this with Oral Dyspraxia

there is such a thing as verbal dyslexia my grandson has it and his grandmother and her 2 sons from the dad side has it, you hear this mixed up so that’s how you speak, and you see things different and letters backwards

My best guess is that it is when a person is talking they mix up the order of their sentances. For example, “Lets eat go!”
Here is what the web says:

Lastly, here is a fun link about the verbal dyslexias of our presidents 😉
