I like silence. “Concentration” would work too, though. Maybe even “Nirvana” (or some sort of meditative state). Things like that. Also “ignorance”. And there’s probably a movie/book where a spell is broken by saying the name of the spell. Plus, there are probably all sorts of molecules, windcurrents surrounding your mouth etc…that would literally break down simply by speaking.
So I think the “only” in your question should be replaced with “something”. But then it doesn’t sound so good. Anyway…fun question.
