What is the Educational Opportunity Program (EOP)?

I heard it in the SDSU presentation (San Diego State University one of the CSU) it gives you full finicial aid if you are a senior going directly to the university as a freshmen. You cannot get the EOP program if you dont go directly after your senior year when you graduate and you must graduate with the dipolma and stuff. The EOP is for students who are low-income or not able to go to college. You will have counselors there for you to assist of any of your needs.
