What is the best possible way to get rid of liver splash?

I have liver splash up and down my back, I’m really looking for a way to alleviate it w/o actually visiting a dermatologist.

Try cocoa butter and vitamin e. there are also scar creams out there as well. do see the derm, he/she might be able to give you a stronger dosed bleaching cream.

try not to stay in the sun for a long period of time keep your problem area covered make sure u drink lots of water and eat lots of foods with vitamins A,C,E & zinc apple cider vinegar also helps get rid of it but mostly limit your exposure to sunlight because that what causes liver splashes(excessive exposure to sunlight)

Okay, maybe I cna help you! Some of us are sweat more, just like some of us have more hair. It’s just part of who we are. Since you’re not comfortable talking to your parents, I’d suggest trying a few of these things first. If you find that you’re still uncomfortable, you’ll need to talk to someone – even if its not your parents (try a guidance counselor or a favorite teacher at school, if you find you’re too embarassed to speak to them in person, write them a note!) First off, what are you showering with? You need to use a nice shampoo, a conditioner, and a body wash. I don’t know about your budget or preference, but typically most of the shampoos in the drug store (cvs, eckerd, duane reed, walgreens, etc) are okay for guys. Try using Pantene – it doesn’t smell “fruity”. For body wash, I like old spice’s high performance. They have lots of scents and all linger a little but NOT TOO MUCH to make it pleasant when someones close. They also make a deodorant/antipersperant. You MUST make sure you are using a deodorant that is both an antipersperant AND a deodorant. The antipersperant will prevent sweating, while the deodorant will deodorize. If you’re more into bar soap, try Irish Spring, or Zest. Again, lots of scents to choose from, but you’ll be okay. Incase you haven’t heard of it, here is something called AXE. They make deorants, body washes, as well as deodorant sprays. These are MUCH stronger than your typical stuff, so use the spray sparingly if you decide to. I know they just came out with a body wash (called snake skin? or something similar to that), that exfoliates as well. Seems to be a good buy. Make sure to try and find complementing scents with each, since you will have to smell them all at once! Another precauction, make sure you drink atleast 8 glasses of water each day. You need to make sure that you are doing this – it will effect you’re ENTIRE body. Your skin, smell, nails, metabolsim – everything. Always brush your teeth, and use Listerine (the cool mint one is my favorite!) and I think you’ll have no problem.. 🙂 I hope that helped. If all else fails, make sure you talk to someone, anyone, just to be safe. Goodluck, hun! God Bless
