What is prince2?

It’s a methodology for project management. Originally Prince, which was specifically for IT projects, Prince2 expanded the concept to cover other disciplines. Opinions are divided on its efficacy. There’s a lot of holes in Prince2 but then as an ISO9000 Lead Assessor I’m a bit biased.
