what is a folio stamp?
my office has supplied us with a particular rubber stamp that is used in numbering letters on files. the stamp is round with a horizontal line dividing it through and a short perpendicular line running below the perpendicular. I want to find out also what the spaces are to be used for.

Folio stamps: A square stamp is used to make the center square, and a half circle stamp is stamped around the outside edges. The result, when cut and folded, is a most attractive envelope and letter combination or a pretty gift container.
