what hand writing mean?
I’ve been told that every one has a different writing style and that you can tell a lot about a person by there writing style what would you say about someone who changes all the time. Like on sentance can be nice and neat the next can be messy and the next can be slanted. What would you say that says?

Inconsistent penmanship is very common in writing, by teenagers.
If it was not a teenager that wrote the letter, I would say that the person has a short attention span, or being distracted
at best, or is a manic-depression at the worse.
Drugs and/or electrical disturbance in the brain also could create an inconsistency.
The person could be writing with the opposite hand in one sentence, that would do it.
“artistic temperament” that’s one I will have to remember:
She’s not bi-polar, she has an artistic temperament.”

That you can’t be bothered to get off the computer and find out the difference at least between ‘there’ and ‘their’.
Sorry to be bit heavy, I have always enjoyed and experimented with different styles of handwriting.
It maybe shows that you have an artistic temperament.
Good luck.
