What fictional books do fifth graders like the best?

Well im a fifth grader going to be sixth after summer i liked the books of “Alex Rider” i also like star wars the expanded universe (but there pretty big) and “Eragon” is a good book i read before the movie came out. Artemis Fowl is cool too. Also, Chicken soup, Series Of Unfortunnate Events, Narnia

Girls typically like books with characters in them that figure out social problems such as talking to boys, becoming popular, and dealing with the aspects of moving into junior high. Boys love adventure books and typically books where the hero’s struggles are met with doubt and then conquered by brute force. These are just typical things my fifth grader’s liked when I asked. I gave them my old books and they loved them:

try some of lois lowery books she has a three book set it has alot of sci fi and make believe also lessoning learning experiances in them. I can remember gathering blue, I cant remember the other 2
