What does the phrase ‘to hell with it’ mean?
when some of my friends are frustrated, they often use this phrase..what does it mean..?

Lol, properly, Balls dropping skill your testicles descend from in/on the edge of your physique to the place they’re now. And opposite to theory, balls dropping occurs as an toddler. Balls advance larger in puberty, and to that end the scrotum is going extra down than formerly, yet they balls do not particularly drop

It basically means you give up on whatever it is you have been trying to do, but have had no success with. Or, why worry about something if it’s not going to happen anyway?? People say it if something is not worth the time, effort, or grief to put up with doing it.
