“pro facto” is not in fact a word. “De facto” however means existing without legal authority. De meaning, “not, against, despite, etc.” So it could be concluded with writers liscence to use a term that is not technically real, “pro facto” means existing by, with, and infavor of the legal authority.

In Latin, pro means “for” so pro facto means for fact or it is a fact or for the truth.

Well since de facto means “in reality or fact; actually,” then pro facto must mean non-reality, fiction, or not actually?????
