I think this refers to spending money of someone. Buying nice things for them. ‘Throw some D’s’ translated into english could possibly mean ‘Give them diamonds’.

It means throw money……..not literally. It means spend a lot of money on them to show you have it. Just like “i make it rain on them 23e4233”
