What degree does a government job in IT require?
I want to pursue a government job in Computer Science or perhaps IT with a specific government sector. Do I need a Master’s degree in Computer Science or a Ph.D.? Anyone with specific knowledge or experience, please let me know.

I think you should go after a graduates degree or even a Ph.D because it shows that you have studied the field excessively and that you know the field well. Then I guess get a good place during interns. and then apply for a gov’t job. They will see your education in that field and that you have done a great job during your internship. I think that unless your just freaken amazing in that field you could be hired with just a B.A., nowadays I think to secure a job a Masters or Ph.D. is required..
